Nuclear Spin Readout in a Cavity-Coupled Hybrid Quantum Dot-Donor System

Our theoretical analysis shows that the quantum state of a donor nuclear spin in a quantum dot-donor system is encoded in the microwave transmission of a surrounding cavity, enabling nuclear spin readout with a high signal contrast.
